Information you give us — your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, study preferences, and anything you share via our forms, consults, or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically — device, browser, IP-derived location, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries and provide counselling, shortlisting, application, and visa-support services.
To match you with suitable universities and, where you ask, share your details with the institutions you apply to.
To send you updates you have opted into (such as our newsletter), which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To improve our website and services, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing your information
We share your details with universities and partners only as needed to deliver the service you requested. We never sell your personal data. Service providers (e.g. email, analytics) process data on our behalf under contract.
For partner-referred students, we share relevant status updates with your referring school or counsellor.
Data retention & security
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@ehec.uk.
International transfers
Because we place students worldwide, your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
